This kayak was everything I expected. I did extensive research online. I also went to a local dealer that had a different brand. I was wanting something that I could store in my RV, that was not a toy, performed well, and my wife could also come along. After reading reviews of other inflatables, I was concerned about it being rigid enough not to fold in the middle while in the water and tracking well. This kayak is very stiff with the high pressure design. With the way it is designed having a keel it tracks very good. It glides as good as most canoes I've been in. Better than I expected for an inflatable. I am very satisfied. Not many reviews were availiable when I bought this. One gentleman indicated you could not remove the bladder to repair if necessary. The Bic web site has a video showing how this can be done however. I selected this over the other brands because it was not as heavy, even though it weighed more than indicated in the information.
